Returns & Exchanges

At Traditions, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original shipping box with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
